Job Responsibilities:
∎ Directing and overseeing operations to ensure that department managers and teams are motivated and trained to carry out their responsibilities to the required standard.
∎ Involvement in the company’s planning, policy, and strategic decisions.
∎ Preparing sales forecast based on current market as well as previous sales trends, considering manpower business growth.
∎ Assist the HR team for recruitment.
∎ Distributor infrastructure fixation, follow up & execution.
∎ Find out low performer field force, distributor and take proper action plan for better performance.
∎ Distributor collection, outstanding and damage adjustment follow up & execution.
∎ Prepare business partner and sales team incentive as per company policy.
∎ Check daily sales reports to ensure better every day’s sales efficiency.
∎ Growth analysis: Distributor & territory wise monthly, yearly & update growth analysis. Identify territories those are under de-growth and submit to Directors.
∎ Geography wise SKU rolling status to understand the SKU movements and make Finished Goods-(FG) demand plan accordingly.
∎ Update the performance of the field force through MIS and guide them to improve their field activities.
∎ Special sales analysis and reports as required by sales management.
∎ Market & distributor point visit as required.
∎ Provide initial training with company process related documents and necessary sales advice for new recruiting.
∎ Developing purchasing processes and supplier rationalization to deliver cost savings and quality
∎ Working closely with the warehouse to ensure product availability, on time and in full
∎ Management and/or input in R&D and special projects
∎ Follow up PJP & field team route chart.
∎ Policy communication and Roll out with different stake holders.
∎ Meeting, Training, and Development Initiatives.
∎ Monitor factory staff activities and stock analysis.
∎ Ensuring product delivery to business partners within timeline
∎ Close monitoring of channel stock movement and inform management / Team time to time to minimize damage risk
∎ Ensure management reports on daily, weekly and monthly performance
∎ Ensure channel partners all types claim settlement immediately after the campaign/program(if any)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years

∎ Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar role.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
