Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduate/Masters in any discipline. B. Sc Engineer in Mechanical/ Engineering is preferable.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Bio-Chemist/ Chemist, CHEMIST, Operation, Quality
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide guidance for the successful day to day operation of the Factory.
∎ Established production schedules for manufacturing departments to ensure established inventory levels are met while operating at the optimum efficiency.
∎ Monitor operation expenses to reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
∎ Develop and execute the production budgets
∎ Close relationship & planning knowledge with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
∎ Ensuring accurate & optimal capacity planning, including ensuring cost reduction & increased profitability in coordination with production people.
∎ Analyze workforce requirements and implement/ensure efficient workforce.
∎ Oversee the disciplinary issues of the employees and maintain discipline in the factory.
∎ Conduct performance appraisals, identify need to training and provide effective to everywhere.
∎ Remove waste and constraints from the production process to improve efficiencies and enhance productivity.
∎ Look after the administrative issues of the factory and ensure total compliance & statutory requirement as per BEPZA rules.
∎ Work closely with production and quality assurance personnel to review product quality consistency while monitoring yield rates and wastage to determine trends and areas of improvement.
∎ Work with the Purchasing department and improve supplier relationships for Plant inputs.
∎ Monitor total factory's security systems functions properly.
∎ Perform any other duties as per assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The candidate must have experience from 10-12 years experience in Edible Oil Industry in order to run the factory operation and Administration.
∎ The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Managerial role in Edible Oil sector.
∎ Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to balance production, maintenance and customer needs.
∎ Strong analytical and decision making skills.
∎ Highly motivated, results oriented, driven.
∎ Experience in ISO quality documentation and standard.
∎ Experience in social compliance in factory based operation in Edible oil sector is required.
