Job Responsibilities:
∎ Physicals and Chemicals testing of the finishing fabrics according to customer to customer standard and ensure the quality of the product for final inspection.
∎ To be analyzed the construction, fabrics comparison, yarn count, design of customer swatch.
∎ Test and ensure all kind of production testing sample before sending to customer.
∎ To Monitoring all lab test procedure & update Standard method.
∎ Basic chemical purity test and ensure before receiving as per sample.
∎ Should have the computer knowledge to maintain the documents as well as mailing also
∎ Train all Technicians to develop their testing accuracy.
∎ To prepare the fabric for third party test.
∎ All documents record keeping and report to department head.
∎ Always keep laboratory in international standard condition.
