Educational Requirements:
∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Animal Husbandry

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure & cross check the respective standard formulation has been followed properly in production process given by CNO(s).
∎ Monitor the flow of all raw materials (RM) in time and physical checking to finished goods to ensure the proper standard of formulation.
∎ Supervise the formulation and production procedure to confirm the high standard of quality production procedure to confirm the high standard of quality products to meet the customer requirements/total satisfaction.
∎ Streamlining the products with the assessment of profitability and focusing attention on the profitable products.
∎ Proper planning to support the operation process.
∎ Planning to optimize the resource available.
∎ Determine KPI, objective and follow up production process.
∎ Responsible for smooth operation of fish, cattle & poultry feed plants.
∎ Review all daily usages, inventory, investigate and correct all discrepancies.
∎ Monitor the flow of all materials incoming and outgoing & execute the standard operation procedures (SOP) of all areas at the Feed mill.
∎ Monitor periodic & regular maintenance once of the plant equipment & machineries.
∎ Establish or adjust work procedure to meet plant or production schedule.
∎ Provide all short of assistance in respect of running the factory smoothly.
∎ Ensure proper storing facilities of RM.
∎ Monitor day to day production & manpower utilization.
∎ Coordinate among the production staff, administrative personnel, CNO(s), Management of head office to ensure necessary support to run the operation in full swing.
∎ Communicate with respective departmental head to find out solutions and ensure to accomplish the work in time so that production will not be hampered.
∎ Besides your above duties and responsibilities you will also play supervisory role for the finished goods, QC & store management.
∎ Also you will be responsible for the duties to be assigned time to time from the management authority.

∎ Age 35 to 45 years
