Educational Requirements:
∎ Medical Graduate (MBBS) is required, preferably with Masters in Public Health (MPH)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years of relevant working experience with at least 03 years of National Scale Up program is preferred
∎ Demonstrated experience with multiple pNGOs/ National level stake holders and community based MNCH related work in national and or international organization.
∎ Sound knowledge on Bangladesh MNCH context, National Scale Up and MOH&FW service delivery system.
∎ Working experience with MOH&FW and M&E/national HMIS is preferred
∎ Excellent skills in data management, report writing, coordinating, training and quality monitoring
∎ Appropriate computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint are essential requirements
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Written and Verbal fluency both in English and Bangla
