∎ 8 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement ISM area coverage plan, monitoring day-to-day sales of the company visiting potential customers for new business and developing and maintaining proactive relationships.
∎ Carry out frequent field visits as per monthly visit plan and be accountable for monthly sales targets.
∎ Survey market trends and maintain proper communication with the customer to stimulate customer conversion.
∎ Identify institutional business opportunities (in Government, large or medium private as well as public institutions), conduct research and prepare analytical report in order to process sales requests and orders for large volume deals.
∎ Track competition's strategies and activities to recommend necessary actions on company's behalf.
∎ Work with marketing team to provide marketing support (participate in Exhibitions, Seminars, invest in sponsorship and banners for product Branding and Promotion etc.) to key clients. Determine strategic importance of sales leads, understanding right product mix to pitch to key accounts.
∎ Coordinate with other related departments to ensure availability of products, products requirements, customer requirements etc. to ensure minimum lead time and maximum customer support.

∎ The job holder will be agreed with his /her supervisor to execute any additional responsibility relevant to the job for the interest of the organization as and when necessary.
