Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Additional training in Sales & Key Account Management will be an advantage.

Additional Requirements: Minimum 7–10 years of relevant experience in sales, key account management, or modern trade, preferably in the FMCG or frozen food industry.
Strong track record of managing relationships with large retail chains, supermarkets, and hypermarkets.
Proven ability in negotiation, business planning, and revenue growth management.
Experience in leading and developing sales teams.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving ability.
Excellent analytical skills for interpreting sales and customer data.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context: Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key modern trade partner nation wide.
- Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Develop a deep understanding of client requirements and business needs.
- Monitor industry and customer trends to anticipate changes and improvements.
- Act as the primary communication link between clients and internal teams.
- Lead and guide account executives assigned to key clients.
- Drive strategic planning initiatives to improve sales performance and client results.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring clear deliverables and timelines.
- Manage internal budgets and align with clients on external budget requirements.
- Analyze competitor activities to develop effective competitive strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, marketing, advertising, logistics, etc.) to ensure seamless execution and high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue through up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare and present account performance reports, sales forecasts, and quarterly initiatives to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure all client requirements and deliverables are met within agreed timelines.
- Analyze customer data and insights to strengthen relationships and identify growth opportunities.
- Expand the client base by identifying and acquiring new modern trade partners.
- Train, mentor, and motivate account executives to achieve sales quotas and strengthen team capability.
