Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with Foreign Universities/Colleges on behalf of Company.
∎ Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
∎ Supervising, mentoring, training, and coaching office staff and delegating assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
∎ Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
∎ Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
∎ Carry out manpower planning to forecast future demand and supply.
∎ Work directly in the recruitment process of all categories of staffs with regard to preparing job descriptions, advertising, short listing candidates with rating, conducting interviews, drafting interview protocols, perform reference check etc.
∎ Must have previous experience in dealing with large-scale of clients promptly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Education Counseling, Education Research, English (Language), Report Writing.
∎ Good IELTS Score is preferable.
∎ High communication skill is mandatory both English and Bengali.
∎ Experience and sound Knowledge in University entry requirement, Student counseling knowledge, application knowledge, Pre-cas interview knowledge, Visa application knowledge.
∎ Must have previous experience in dealing with large-scale of clients promptly and with adequate care and also monitoring office colleague.
∎ Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Salary:
∎ 30000-70000

∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Salary Review: 2 time (Yearly)
∎ Additional commission and Bonuses for Visa Success.
