Job Responsibilities:
∎ ? Identify and plan the business support requirement of merchant business.
∎ ? Monitor/track the business requirements status and ensure on time execution.
∎ ? Manage customer complaints related to merchant business and drive solution.
∎ ? Channel Dispute Management.
∎ ? Monitor the channel performance and identify & plan for development initiatives.
∎ ? Plan & drive digitization initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
∎ ? Cross-functional stakeholder management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ At least a Bachelor's degree
∎ Experience: 5 - 6 years' experience in similar field
∎ Other Requirements: Technical knowledge: Advanced Excel, Microsoft Access, PowerPoint
