Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments, dyeing and printing, Fabric Costing, Handling Buyer and Buying house, Merchandising

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make effective negotiation on costing with the buyer/ buying office(s) to take the order on premium thereby excel account revenue and profit.
∎ To ensure TNA
∎ Co-ordinate with production team in order to deliver on time shipment.
∎ To make effective negotiation of the changes in ship date and order qty.
∎ In addition she/he handles mode of shipment, complains, claim etc.
∎ Follow-up of product development.
∎ Co-ordinates between the department of supply Chain & PDD to ensure risk free bulk production.
∎ Negotiate all consumption and costs (CM, yarn, Fabric, Trims, Accessories, Print, Embroidery,) etc. with internal concerned persons.
∎ Coordinate with Planning Manger to determine/fix delivery schedule (date) and sequence of implementing his/her order in the lines.
∎ Involves in final inspection of his/ her order.
∎ Liaison with Commercial Team about shipping documents, undertakes all formalities (sending shipping sample etc.) and update buyers.
∎ Takes all preparation related to existing customers visit.
∎ Handle day-to-day Merchandising operations:-
∎ Facilitate order pursuits and development samples and costing sheets
∎ Responsible for the coordination of daily operational activities in fabric, pre-production sample development, costing and production tracking
∎ Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of goods
∎ Experience in product development, Production & Planning, Marketing and Merchandising, costing/budgeting, sourcing (raw materials), planning - capacity

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years

∎ Strong Analytical skills
∎ The ability to deliver under pressure
∎ Leadership and team management skills
∎ Candidate having working experience with Knit Garments are strongly encourage to Apply
∎ Candidate should be prepared for long working hours
∎ Having strong knowledge of Knit products
∎ He must have thorough knowledge of Factory Compliance.
∎ Good Leadership quality
