Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a clear understanding of customer requirements from tech pack and communicate the same to stakeholders - factory, suppliers and internal QC team. Ensure production is as per customer requirements
∎ Co-ordinate with QC team to understand clarifications required in customer requirements (tech pack) and obtain the same
∎ Lead T&A planning & monitoring for orders under production to ensure timely shipment
∎ Develop nominated suppliers for all components - yarn, fabric, lace, trims & new factories
∎ Negotiate & develop cost sheets along with factory team for all SKUs.
∎ Develop a strong appreciation of product quality and conduct supplier meetings along with QC team to ensure high quality of output.
∎ Lead sampling projects of the company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Tk. 60000 - 80000 (Monthly)
