Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree in any discipline.
∎ B.Sc in textile engineering or apparel manufacturing or a professional degree in apparel merchandising will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Merchandising

∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have the capability to source order.
∎ Managing client's account from order inquiry to shipment.
∎ Have to process and handle the order independently;
∎ Interacting with the buyers directly for any clarifications & getting all required approvals within the target dates;
∎ Production follow-up form fabric/accessories booking to in-housing and timely executing as per TNA.
∎ Coordination with all Departments; Yarn procurement, Knitting, Dyeing & Finishing, Fabric Store, Cutting, Sewing Production and Finishing to ensure smooth production flow of the orders.
∎ Making a Budget cost sheet for each style before Bulk execution and taking management approval accordingly.
∎ To arrange all kinds of yarns, fabrics & accessories both from local and foreign sources as required for production;
∎ Constantly guiding the team keeping in mind about the shipment & the challenges during the bulk production - at the same time ensuring high quality, high efficiency & high productivity;
∎ Able to handle several numbers of orders/styles at a time independently;
∎ Can do costing, order follow up, yarn booking & accessories follow-up;
∎ Proper execution of orders by using 'Time and Action Plan' on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity;
∎ Any other assignments and responsibilities assigned by the management.
∎ Interaction with commercial team for smooth shipment.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Buyer Sourcing, Handling Buyer and Buying house, Knit garments, lingerie garments, Merchandising and marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Leadership and relationship management.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Strong negotiation and inter-personal skills.
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed and proactive.
∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.
