∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Textile on Apparel Merchandising, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Masters from reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
5 years of experience in similar position
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Costing expert on Knit Garments.
∎ Marketing and Factory Space Booking.
∎ Full Merchandising Department Follow-up and Control.TNA based order follow up.
∎ Buyer Communication.
∎ Strictly maintained Supply Chain & control Raw Materials properly through purchases order.
∎ Yarn to Fabric Follow up, Fabric Costing, Booking to In-house.
∎ Order Closing Report after shipment submitted to Accounts Department
∎ Production Follow up: Cutting to Shipment.
∎ ERP Software Implement & follow up.
∎ Review new tech packs and developments to identify any critical points and provide the right details to the factory.
∎ Suggest the right factory for the right product and participate in the factory selection process from sample stage .
∎ Take the list of daily issues from each order for each factory and address the problems
∎ Ensure quick decision making by involving the Top Management & Quality Manager on critical issues
∎ Take the lead on Pre-production meetings
∎ Ensure all customer requirements are met in production based on customer tech packs
∎ Recommend any changes to the products or process improvements, which can help make production friendlier for construction without changing the aesthetics of the garment
∎ Check the production/QC files is complete prior handing over to the QA department
∎ Conduct production meetings with the factories and QA team as per the allocated time and follow up with the factories on the progress of the orders
∎ Book production space with factories in advance and maintain capacity utilization chart which is to be updated at all times
∎ Select and visit different production, printing, and embroidery factories and build long-term relationships for future orders
∎ Evaluate factory performance regularly, give feedback to the Team Manager concerning factory issues and recommending solutions
∎ Source and develop new factories as per requirements and regularly introduce new products, new yarns, new factories to the team
∎ Understand ethical behavior and business practices and ensure own behavior and the behavior of others is consistent with these standards and aligns with the values of the organization
∎ Costing Expert on knit Garments.
∎ Marketing & Factory space Booking.
∎ Merchandising department Control & Following.
∎ Will be Active, Disciplined, keep positive Attitude, processing good manners & Good Character.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Capable to manage different Buyer's requirement independently
∎ Efficiently provide all kinds of support to the group leader from receiving order to final shipment
∎ Possess high sense of responsibility in the order to completion of the assignment
∎ Should be a long term planner.
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office
∎ Willing to work and stay at factory site
