Responsibilities & Context:
Play a pivotal role in integrating sustainability practices into ARL, driving environmental responsibility, and fostering a culture of social and ethical consciousness.
Drive and implement operational excellence initiatives to optimize efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance overall organizational performance within Akij Resources.
Formulate and implement a comprehensive maintenance schedule to optimize equipment performance.
Manage & receive work orders, including both preventive and corrective maintenance .
Review and circulate the machine Health Check Sheet through CLIT process.
Diagnose and resolve equipment issues, monitoring of troubleshooting work and minimize downtime.
Ensure spare parts inventory to minimize downtime and maintenance costs.
Develop successor fit for the role and fit for the process to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure yearly departmental planning, controlling and following up regular basis as per plan.
Reduce maintenance costs by implementing strategic initiatives and optimizing resources.
Collaborate with relevant government organizations for the smooth operation of the plant.
Establish and control reporting culture into the department.
