Skills & Expertise: Garments Industry, Good knowledge of machine maintenance, Sewing Machine Maintenance.
Responsibilities & Context:
Perform preventive maintenance inspections and service on machines.
Ensure proper cleanliness of machines and machine parts.
Oils and lubricates moving parts on machines.
Keep records and make report of damaged, worn, or broken parts.
Assemble, inspect, install and test new pieces of equipment.
Initiate emergency repairs and follow up accordingly.
Install new manufacturing equipment.Perform equipment calibration.
Address safety hazard risks and ensure safety tools are on place.
Delegate to the full-time operation of all machine.
