• Minimum of 10 years of experience in merchandising, with strong expertise in both knit and woven garments.
• Proven track record in managing international buyers and large-scale garment orders.
• In-depth knowledge of garment production, costing, and supply chain management.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight .
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with design, production, and marketing teams.

• Lead and manage the merchandising team to ensure seamless communication between buyers, production, and other internal departments.

• Oversee the entire product development process for knit and woven garments, from concept to final production.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers, ensuring clear communication of requirements and expectations.

• Negotiate with buyers regarding price, quantity, and delivery timelines, ensuring optimal profitability and meeting client needs.

• Ensure timely execution of orders, from sampling to shipment, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process.

• Monitor market trends and buyer feedback to develop strategies that align with customer needs and industry demands.

• Manage costing and pricing strategies to achieve company revenue targets while ensuring competitive pricing for buyers.

• Work closely with the production team to ensure proper execution of production schedules and minimize delays or issues.

• Analyze sales performance and prepare reports for senior management, identifying areas for improvement or growth.

• Train, mentor, and develop the merchandising team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
