• Minimum of 10 years of experience in store management within a woven factory

• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procurement processes

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment

• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in store operations

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the factory store, including raw materials, finished goods, and supplies.

• Maintain accurate inventory levels by monitoring stock and ensuring timely procurement of materials.

• Implement inventory control systems to track and manage stock movement efficiently.

• Ensure proper storage of materials in line with safety and compliance regulations.

• Coordinate with the production team to ensure materials are available as per production schedules.

• Manage and supervise store staff, ensuring efficient workflow and task delegation.

• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best rates and manage procurement processes.

• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile any discrepancies in inventory records.

• Maintain detailed and accurate inventory records and provide regular reports to senior management.

• Ensure proper documentation and control over stock inflows and outflows.
