Experience:

• At least 10 years

• At least 10 years

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sample and CAD management within knit and woven garment manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, grading, and marker creation

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Knowledge of fabric types, garment construction, and costing for both knit and woven products

• Oversee and manage the entire sampling process, ensuring timely and accurate production of samples for both knit and woven garments.

• Collaborate closely with the design and merchandising teams to ensure samples meet client requirements and specifications.

• Lead the CAD team in developing patterns, grading, and marker-making for optimal fabric utilization and production efficiency.

• Ensure quality control throughout the sampling and CAD process, maintaining high standards for design accuracy and product quality.

• Monitor timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules and client deadlines.

• Train and mentor, the Sample & CAD teams, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry practices.

• Implement process improvements to enhance sampling and CAD operations, reducing lead times and waste.

• Manage communication with clients, addressing any sample-related inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.

• Oversee the maintenance of CAD software and hardware, ensuring smooth operation and data security.

• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status of sample production and CAD operations.
