• In-depth knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery used in woven production.

• Proficient in preventive maintenance planning and execution.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced production environment.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in the manufacturing sector.

• Excellent communication and team management skills.

• Lead the maintenance team to ensure smooth operation of machinery and equipment.

• Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

• Manage spare parts inventory for timely repairs.

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain required documentation.

• Monitor and control maintenance budgets and expenses.

• Coordinate with external vendors for servicing and procurement of parts.

• Train and mentor, the maintenance team for optimal performance.

• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and report to senior management.
