Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree, preferably in Public Health/Bio-Statistics/Anthropology/Social Sciences or relevant discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years' experience in research, monitoring & evaluation, proven track record [3 years] of developing, implementing and reviewing MEAL systems/strategies at sector level;
∎ Experience working with Management Information System of DGHS and DHS-2 platform.
∎ Solid understanding of quantitative and qualitative monitoring and evaluation methodologies, including skills in analysis, documentation and presentation of complex data/information;
∎ Experience in designing and implementing Technology based MEAL system/processes;
∎ Technical expertise in Health and Nutrition sectors in Bangladesh
∎ Previous experience of successfully implementing Outcome Level Monitoring at Country/Sector Level;
∎ Good analytical skills, effective negotiator, with the ability to proactively influence sectoral and departmental buy-in.
∎ Strong report writing, communication and leadership skills.
∎ Proficient in computer operation, particularly, in SPSS, Epi-info, MS-Excel, MS-Access, and MS-PowerPoint
∎ Ability to analyse information, evaluate options and to present complex information in a succinct and compelling manner.
