Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic talented Manager - Marketing & Sales who will be responsible for Poly Bags Marketing & Sales in the Garments Factory.
∎ Job location will be Kanchan, Rupganj, Narayanganj.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Poly Bag Marketing & Sales in the Garments Factory.
∎ Prepare and implement different Marketing & Sales strategies.
∎ Collection of order & L/C.
∎ Ensure on-time Payment.
∎ Sample collection from the buyer.
∎ Follow up for sample & production on time.
∎ Fulfill factory production demand.
∎ Fulfill the target of Marketing & Selling.
∎ Assist in negotiating prices, terms, and different conditions.
∎ Visit Customers regularly for Marketing, Sales, Pricing, and Problem-Solving.
∎ Proper documentation of customer database of marketing & sales.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Communication skills in both English and Bengali in verbal and written.
∎ Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
∎ Be able to cope with pressure, flexible and adaptable.
∎ Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and proactive.
∎ Well conversant with IT equipment.
