∎ 2/3 years working experience in a hospital Marketing Team.

∎ Smart, Good looking, Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with high level of emotional intelligence.
∎ Team player with leadership qualities.
∎ Advanced level computer skills particularly in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop etc.
∎ Might require to complete tasks outside working hours to the extent necessary to carry out her/his duties.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for service design, development and implementation of multidisciplinary services to ensure optimal patient benefits and meet business objectives. Oversee development and implementation of support materials and services while leading the efforts of the marketing, communications and coordinate at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the organization.
∎ Formulate Business and marketing plan, market research for effective implantation.
∎ Identify and analyze main competitors and bring forward options to improve our service to both indoor and outdoor patients/clients (both old and new).
∎ Organize promotional activities for services on special discount and facilities etc
∎ Conduct market survey on the activities, planning, strategies and recommended management creative suggestion for business planning.
∎ Lead the execution on the sales growth, customer base and improving the organizational competitiveness to win at the market place.
∎ Develop high quality customer relationships, positioning the company as a reliable long-term partner for strategic account customers.
∎ To maintain liaison/relationship with assigned clients and understand their requirements.
∎ Develop short, mid & long-term business plan in alignment with Group strategy & corporate vision.
∎ Reporting & analysis and use of market intelligence to maximize profitability, forecasting and revenue management strategies.
∎ Make periodical calls to doctors, pharmacies and institutions to create & maintain report and assess promotional impact on business development
∎ Follow up the corporate customer Service delivery status, Keep the record & Maintain individual File Management, ledger, bill summary and various business update report.
∎ Prepare daily and monthly reports for the Managing Director and General Manager by collecting and analyzing business activity and data including daily and monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts.
∎ To design, support and assist in the production of all the campaign materials either in house or through outside design house.
∎ Review and manage the website, all other social media and update on regular basis as Digital Marketing.
∎ Review promotional materials and update as Branding
∎ Ensuring proper liaison & coordination management with our Corporate Clients so that their referrals are increased.
∎ Searching and hunting new clients for Corporate Sales.
∎ To ensure the compliance of our Corporate Clients.
∎ To organize support for creative execution in a timely and effective manner.
