Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in Merchandising or related field.
∎ Masters in Marketing or related field.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Find new customers and fulfill short term order target.
∎ Develop and implement a marketing plan.
∎ Use Creative marketing. branding, promotional techniques.
∎ Analyze potential brands and create database.
∎ Work with designers to create marketing products.
∎ Work with IT to improve digital marketing .
∎ Target new business areas, prepare business growth strategy.
∎ Analyze market trends and do quick costing reports.
∎ Monitor and create monthly team performance reports.
∎ Maintain Improve Time Action Calendars for all orders.
∎ Training merchandising team to optimize performance and service levels.
∎ Identify bottlenecks and improve all aspects of merchandising.
∎ Explore material sourcing and evaluate supply base constantly.
∎ Analyze every order and review with management.
∎ Evaluate department profit loss analysis.
∎ Use KPI to manage targets and goals.
∎ Keep updating knowledge .

∎ At least 5 years or relevant skill.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Marketing and branding Concepts, Merchandising, Production, Costing.
∎ Applicant needs to have a close relationship with Buyer.
∎ Fashion business knowledge.
∎ Experience in working with direct brands and buyers .
∎ Must have good network with local and foreign liaison office.
∎ Knowledge and experience of quick costing, value addition, productivity.
∎ Have confidence/history of bringing large volume orders for the company.
∎ Experience to manage multiple buyers accounts and teams efficiently .
∎ Have strong product and market knowledge.
∎ Understand latest marketing concepts and strategy .
∎ Contribute to new product and service development .
∎ Making yearly/quarterly business plan and compare with target.
∎ Understanding buying house, importer and wholesaler concepts.
∎ Ability to identify problems and create solutions.
∎ Knowledge of software & excel to track monitor, forecast sales data.
∎ Integrate with production team and make sure the order is fulfilled with quality.
∎ Good communication knowledge and English speaking fluency.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable with Bonus Schemes
