∎ Having at least 5 years working experience in the similar field with similar position.
∎ Previous experience successfully managing marketing and merchandising teams ideally from a similar industry.
∎ Professional marketing and merchandising training would be advantage.
∎ Proven track record of achieving targets and driving marketing and merchandising growth in a business.
∎ Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire marketing and merchandising teams.Must have computer literacy.
∎ Must possess the ability to work under pressure & meet tight deadlines·
∎ Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
∎ Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
∎ Having at least 5 years working experience in the similar field with similar position.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve set targets.
∎ Analyze Market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies, as well as generate and qualify leads for new clients and markets.
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through regular meetings and communication.
∎ Conduct periodic business reviews with senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.
∎ Develop customized solutions for clients based on their needs and company offerings.
∎ Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align product offerings with market demands.
∎ Monitor and evaluate emerging trends in garment trims and accessories, updating strategies as necessary.
∎ Manage pricing strategies to ensure competitiveness in the market while maintaining profit margins.
∎ Ensure on time payment, LC, UD & all commercial related documents from customer as per company policy.
∎ Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients to close deals effectively.
∎ Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, supply chain, logistics, and quality assurance to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment.
∎ Prepare regular reports on sales activity, pipeline status, and forecasting.
∎ Provide direction and comments to subordinates to improve their knowledge and skills in areas that need improving
