Educational Requirements:
∎ Must have MBA / B.Sc in Civil engineering from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Geotextile, Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist superiors in planning and supervising marketing operations to achieve revenue target.
∎ Visit to the selected zone for marketing of Geo products and hunt new projects.
∎ Must have the capability to build new client base for the organization.
∎ Keep up to date with market information: set up & regularly run market share reports & analysis specific to the assigned territories.
∎ Work closely with the other members of the team to help develop a coherent marketing strategy.
∎ Preparing and update both manual Tender & e-Tender on time
∎ Liaison with officials of all related Government organizations all over Bangladesh for Geo - textile related upcoming & ongoing Tender/Project information.
∎ Communicate with contractor who is assigned with the work, old contractors and existing other contractors.
∎ Communicate with concern of Executive Director and Senior General Manager with Bangladesh Army and other large organization who has done the major special projects in Bangladesh.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports to management on the results and activities of marketing teams
∎ Monitor the performance of products in the market to modify marketing strategies where necessary.
∎ Any other task assigned by the higher management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The ability to build relationships with customers.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
∎ Excellent Communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Good knowledge of MS Office Applications
∎ A team player with leadership capabilities
