Experience:

Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) are highly preferred.
Experience in a hospital or healthcare organization is strongly preferred.
Knowledge of healthcare marketing ethics and patient privacy laws is an advantage.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) and video editing is a plus.
Experience with CRM is highly desirable.
Ability to work under pressure and meet campaign deadlines.
Strong command over Bengali and English (written and verbal).
Strong knowledge of branding, digital marketing, and patient engagement strategies.
Expertise in market research, competitor analysis, and campaign management.
Proficiency in social media marketing (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube), SEO, Google Ads, and email marketing.
Sound understanding of CRM software and patient relationship management.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

1. Marketing Strategy & Brand Management
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and patient acquisition.
• Build and maintain a strong corporate brand identity for YDFH in alignment with hospital values.
• Plan and oversee above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL) marketing campaigns (TV, radio, print, billboards, flyers, events).
• Manage hospital's brand positioning, messaging, and reputation across all channels.
2. Digital Marketing & Online Presence
• Lead digital marketing initiatives including website management, SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube), and email newsletters.
• Create and curate engaging healthcare content (blogs, patient testimonials, doctor interviews, health tips, videos).
• Monitor and respond to online reviews, patient feedback, and social media inquiries.
• Analyze digital marketing metrics (traffic, conversion, engagement) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
3. Business Development & Growth
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand hospital services and revenue streams.
• Develop strategic partnerships with corporate clients, insurance companies, embassies, NGOs, clinics, and diagnostic centers.
• Negotiate and manage corporate service agreements, panel memberships, and referral arrangements.
• Explore new service lines, packages (health checkups, maternity packages, surgery packages), and promotional offers.
4. Patient Engagement & Customer Relation
• Develop and implement patient engagement strategies to improve patient loyalty, retention, and word-of-mouth referrals.
• Oversee the Customer Relation (CR) team to ensure excellent patient experience from inquiry to post-discharge follow-up.
• Design and manage patient feedback systems (surveys, suggestion boxes, online reviews) and use insights for service improvement.
• Handle VIP patient relations and resolve complex patient complaints or escalations.
5. Event Management & Community Outreach
• Plan and execute health camps, free medical checkup drives, awareness seminars, and community outreach programs.
• Organize hospital events such as inaugurations, press conferences, doctor symposiums, and annual celebrations.
• Coordinate with local community leaders, mosques, clubs, and schools to promote hospital services.
6. Public Relations & Media Management
• Build and maintain relationships with print, electronic, and online media.
• Prepare press releases, handle media inquiries, and manage crisis communication when needed.
• Represent the hospital at industry events, healthcare summits, and trade fairs.
7. Market Research & Analytics
• Conduct market research to understand patient needs, competitor activities, and industry trends.
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance (ROI, patient acquisition cost, conversion rates).
• Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing reports for senior management.
8. Team Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the marketing, business development, and customer relation teams.
• Set departmental KPIs, monitor performance, and provide training as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments (Medical, Operations, IT, HR) for seamless campaign execution.
