Experience:
MBBS from a recognized institution, duly approved by BMDC.
Postgraduate qualification in Hospital Management (MPH /MPhil / Master's in Hospital Management)
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in hospital management after postgraduate degree.
Proven leadership experience in healthcare administration.
Experience in large or multi-specialty hospitals is preferred.
Strong understanding of healthcare laws, medical ethics, and hospital accreditation standards.
Experience in digital health transformation and HMIS/HIS implementation is an advantage.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities with a focus on healthcare excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Proven track record of improving medical services and operational efficiency.
Sound knowledge of national and international healthcare standards, regulations, and accreditation processes.

1. Strategic & Clinical Leadership
• Oversee and coordinate all medical service departments to ensure clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
• Develop and implement medical strategies, policies, and quality standards in line with national and international best practices.
• Provide leadership to medical professionals, promoting teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
2. Policy & Compliance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (BMDC, Ministry of Health, etc.) and uphold ethical medical practices.
• Monitor and enforce adherence to hospital protocols, safety guidelines, and legal requirements.
• Lead accreditation readiness and quality assurance initiatives.
3. Operational Management
• Collaborate with hospital management to plan and implement strategic initiatives for healthcare advancement.
• Ensure resource optimization for medical services to meet financial and operational goals.
• Oversee scheduling, credentialing, and performance evaluation of medical staff.
4. Quality Improvement & Patient Safety
• Drive continuous quality improvement in clinical services.
• Monitor patient outcomes, incident reports, and implement corrective actions.
• Promote evidence-based medicine and patient safety culture throughout the hospital.
5. Research & Decision Making
• Lead medical research initiatives and contribute to hospital-wide decision-making processes.
• Support clinical research, audits, and academic activities within the hospital.
• Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and policy formulation at the executive level.
6. Interdepartmental Coordination
• Act as a bridge between medical staff and hospital administration.
• Facilitate effective communication between departments such as Nursing, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Radiology, and IT.
• Resolve interdepartmental conflicts and ensure smooth workflow.
