Experience:
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) or equivalent degree from a recognized university.
3 to 5 years of experience in IT system administration, networking, and hardware management.
Preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
Hands-on experience with HIS Server, PACS Server, and Backup Server management is mandatory.
Experience in a hospital environment is strongly preferred.
CCNA/CCNP certifications are highly desirable.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
CCNA, CCNP, or similar networking certifications
Strong leadership and teamwork ability
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Coding knowledge (any language) is a plus

To strengthen our IT infrastructure and technical support team, we are inviting applications from proactive and dynamic professionals for the following position:
Contractual (renewable), full-time
1. Hospital Information System (HIS) & Server Management
• Manage, maintain, and monitor HIS Server, PACS Server, Backup Server, Mail Server, and File Server.
• Ensure high availability and uptime of all hospital critical servers.
• Perform regular health checks on HIS and PACS servers to prevent downtime.
• Coordinate with hospital administration and clinical staff to ensure seamless HIS functionality.
• Manage PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) for medical image storage and retrieval.
2. Backup & Disaster Recovery
• Configure and manage Backup Server – schedule regular backups of HIS database, PACS images, and other critical data.
• Implement onsite and offsite backup strategies.
• Perform regular restore tests to ensure data integrity and recoverability.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans for all critical servers.
3. User Support & Service Desk Management
• Provide technical assistance to end-users (doctors, nurses, administrative staff).
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Manage and resolve service requests via phone, email, or in-person.
• Document support interactions and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Ensure timely support for computer systems, networks, and hospital applications.
4. Network & Infrastructure Management
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and wireless networks.
• Manage and operate:
Mail Server
DNS Server
DHCP Server
NTP Server
File Server
IIS Server
• Monitor network systems regularly and proactively resolve issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and processes.
5. Hardware & System Administration
• Install, maintain, and update hardware and software.
• Maintain inventory control of computers, network devices, servers, and other IT equipment.
• Work with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware.
• Understand data center operations and management.
6. Specialized Equipment Support
• Troubleshoot and support:
Network Printers, Document Printers, Card Printers
Label Printers, Barcode Printers, Pause Printers
Projectors, Sound Systems, PA Systems
Access Control Systems
Dish TV, DVR, NVR
IP Phones, Nurse Calling Systems
7. Software & Quality Assurance
• Knowledge of telecommunications systems and protocols.
• Experience with software testing and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with modern IT infrastructure and network architecture.
8. Team Supervision
• Supervise the technical support team to ensure efficient issue resolution.
• Coordinate and guide junior IT staff.
