Responsibilities & Context:
Manage Marketing and Merchandising activities for Latin American, South African & Australian markets.
Develop new buyers in Latin America, South Africa & Australia and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Handle full merchandising cycle: product development, costing, sampling, production follow-up & shipment.
Coordinate with production, planning, quality and commercial teams to ensure on-time delivery.
Communicate regularly with buyers, prepare price offers and negotiate orders.
Maintain accurate documentation related to L/C, shipment and export procedures common in Bangladesh’s RMG sector.
