Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from reputed university.
∎ Having good knowledge in related subject.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garments Textile, Installation/ Erection
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control Electrical section, motor rewinding section, Air conditioning section, Compressor section and Generator section activities.
∎ Ensure overall electrical operations of machinery and equipment for smooth operation and their safety.
∎ Maintain all official work.
∎ Give information to AGM/GM (Maintenance) timely about overall electrical conditions of machinery and equipment.
∎ Contact with suppliers and third party for service and spare parts information.
∎ Plan spare parts procurement via procurements & purchase department for maintenance & troubleshooting implementation of production & utility machinery.
∎ Control sub-ordinate and maintain shift wise work schedule.
∎ Preventative maintenance, Break down maintenance & troubleshooting of all kinds of Knitting (Vangaurd,Fukahama,Fukahara, Mayer & cie), Dyeing (Thies, Fongs), Dyeing finishing (Santex dryer, Bruckner stenter, tubetex, lafer and ferraro open compactor,Corino siliting), Yarn Dyeing(Dyeing, RF Dryer, Soft and hard winding m/c) & utility such as Boiler (loos, long chaun, chockran), Compressor(IR ,Atlas copco), Generator (Caterpilar, Waukesha) ETP and WTP.
∎ Prepare preventative maintenance schedule and software.
∎ SLD, Thermo graphic scan report, Earth resistance test report preparing and check.
∎ MDB & SDB hotspot Check and maintenance.
∎ Take part in various compliance projects like RSC, WRAP, SEDEX & other buyers audit to fulfill all Electrical & Fire related requirements.
∎ Ensure all types of work report are set and keep the record properly.
∎ Arrange the monthly fire safety Training every month properly.
∎ Ensure generator and compressor smooth operation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Able to work under pressure and for long time.
∎ Should have contacts and experience in sourcing of engineering parts and components from suppliers.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self driven & have good personality with leadership skill.
∎ Computer application and Department Budgeting experience is a must.
