∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Multinational Companies, Real Estate, Financial Consultants

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise legal advisors in collecting Property related Documents and ensuring minimum Saleable Documents.
∎ Prepare Legal Opinions for Saleable Properties
∎ Follow Up on Workable Properties to make Saleable
∎ Lead team to manage KYC, MOU, Booking Form, Booking Money, etc.
∎ Review Buyer & Seller Documents/Information and Transaction Documents
∎ Schedule & Conduct TPA Meetings
∎ Schedule & Conduct Government Office Activities

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Good knowledge about land measurement, mutation, registration, property ownership, property-related papers/documents and other assets, CS, SA, RS, mutation, deed, etc.
∎ Preferred experience in banks and financial institutions in vetting and valuation of properties.

Salary: Negotiable
