Educational Requirements:
∎ LLB/ LLM with the enrollment under Bangladesh Bar Council.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Draft all kinds of deed of agreements.
∎ To Investigate of all disciplinary action and process all kind of investigation report as per The Bangladesh Labour Law 2006.
∎ Guiding management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
∎ Process all types of legal notices.
∎ Handling labor court/civil/criminal court cases through concern chambers.
∎ Filing case in Thana/court as and when necessary.
∎ Maintaining and updating all case files effectively.
∎ Look after the legal issues of branch of the company.
∎ Reply all kinds of letter and notice on behalf of PIL.
∎ Co-operate with the Legal Advisor of PIL.
∎ Maintain current knowledge of alterations in regulations.
∎ Any other task assigned by Supervisor/Management related to role.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Excellent writing skills both in English & Bangla.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Labor Law, Legal Affairs, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Insurance, Bank.
