Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Law (LLB), Master of Law (LLM)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Civil Lawyer, Corporate Law

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Will appear for courts for arranging litigations and hearings
∎ Provide commercially focused legal advice to the business and mediate challenges to ensure smooth business delivery, often on short timescales, including hands-on instruction to and management of external counsel.
∎ In-depth knowledge of corporate law/commercial and other branches like civil, criminal etc.
∎ Review ongoing cases and advice the legal committee.
∎ Liaise with relevant departments to ensure that where legal risks have been identified, appropriate courses of action have been taken.
∎ To be responsible for rendering legal judgment on regulatory, corporate-related issues.
∎ Drafting various types of legal and Corporate Agreements where a legal interest is a priority.
∎ Supervising ongoing cases at various courts.
∎ To coordinate with a legal advisor regarding all legal issues.
∎ Preparing Legal Notices & Manage overall legal communications

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience working in-house.
∎ Excellent communication skills.
∎ A high level of professionalism and outstanding business judgment
∎ Membership in Bar council
