Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong knowledge of hospital industry processes and regulations
∎ Oversee all operations relating to compliance including licenses, policies and procedures.
∎ Liaison with statutory and compliance Government bodies and represent company at their offices when needed.
∎ Supervise compliance officers and team.
∎ Design and monitor control systems to deal with violations of legal rules and internal policies.
∎ Regularly assess the efficiency of control systems and recommend effective improvements.
∎ Review and evaluate company procedures and reports to identify statutory and compliance related risks.
∎ Coordinate with different departments to review all departmental compliance policies.
∎ Perform periodic statutory audits.
∎ Lead employee training sessions on legal and compliance issues.
∎ Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
∎ An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.
