∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Land
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing of new Land, visit and procure the land for an apartment
∎ Negotiate with the land owner to purchase the land.
∎ The incumbent makes projections that assess potential profitability based on population growth, traffic patterns, local taxes and other factors.
∎ Provide legal consultation, draft ,advice and support to companies across the Group in respect of both existing and prospective matters, and to identify, contain and manage exposure and contingent risk.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Computer literacy is essential
∎ Should have sound knowledge in Code of conduct- Real Estate and Housing Association in Bangladesh.

Salary: Negotiable
