REAL ESTATE AND BUILDING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To communicate with the potential landowners and arrange meeting independently.
∎ Should have good public relation and vast knowledge on prospective landowners.
∎ Have good stock and knowledge of land reference.
∎ Ensure superlative performance in procuring lands or properties.
∎ Manage properties of the organization in an efficient manner.
∎ Make both procurement and management of properties worthy for the organization.
∎ Ensure that the properties are compliant in respect to regulatory requirements.
∎ Assist management finding new scopes or ventures in regard to land or property.
∎ Develop a team of professionals with needed knowledge and skill.
∎ Carry out other related tasks as assigned by the Management.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on land & related papers & latest Rajuk policy & procedure in land development.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to visit sites and work hard with challenges
Salary: Negotiable
