Responsibilities & Context:
Identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calling, follow-ups, and database management.
Generate qualified leads and maintain a robust pipeline for the sales team.
Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of Angan Developments Ltd.`s projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team with interested clients.
Follow up with leads to ensure conversion and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system.
Regularly update the lead database to ensure effective targeting and follow-ups.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for lead generation and conversion.
Provide regular reports on telemarketing activities and outcomes to the sales manager.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine telemarketing strategies.
