Job Responsibilities:
∎ FINANCIAL RETURNS:
∎ Develop goal, mission and vision oriented operational strategies of the entire production process.
∎ Prepare annual report of the last year and budget of the next year at the end of every year.
∎ To find out the most cost effective method of production, storage and distribution by keeping the quality of the products 100% okay.
∎ PEOPLE:
∎ Develop, implement and monitor team members' succession planning to ensure future bench strength. Establish performance and development goals for team members and provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to enhance productivity.
∎ Oversee any salary-, disciplinary- or staffing-/human resources-related actions in accordance with company rules and communicate with Human Resources Department.
∎ KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
∎ Perform other duties as assigned.
∎ Must serve as a manager on duty for 24/7.
