Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to manage full Knitting Division).
∎ Guide a team of professionals towards reaching production goal and quality set by the company
∎ Ensure smooth execution of knit fabric production in the factory as per the buyers 'specifications and meet the shipment schedule
∎ Estimate machine requirements, working hour, working day and manpower as per fabric category & quantity
∎ Make production plans on regular basis for highly sophisticated knit fabric factory
∎ Work closely with Quality Assurance department to ensure the required standard of the fabric
∎ Responsible for optimum production per day and minimizing the production time and cost as well as ensure profitability & achieve company's goals
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have leadership skill and team work ability.
∎ Must have Analytical skill.
∎ Be able to handle Production Plan efficiently & professionally
