Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc/ M.Sc in CSE from any reputed University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor the operation and security of all computer hardware and ensure that it is operating properly.
∎ Maintain accurate inventory and record of all hardware, software and manuals purchased.
∎ Ensure that all software runs with no output errors, no response time problems and functioning according to specifications.
∎ Running regular checks on network and data security.
∎ Capable to provide technical support of TALLY ERP9 software and maintain Access Controller (Payroll & Attendance Software).
∎ Assist to the presenter to projection by Multimedia projector/TV monitor as required.
∎ Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems.
∎ Conducting regular system audits.
∎ Overseeing and determining time frames for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages.
∎ Managing and reporting on allocation of IT budget.
∎ Providing direction for IT team members & prepare presentation for as required.
∎ Installing, configuring & maintenance computer (Desktop/Laptop) hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and other IT appliance.
∎ Maintain LAN and internet connectivity products and their installation and configuration and troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve computer and network/connectivity problems.
∎ CCTV and IP Camera establish and maintain DVR system in Large Office / Factory Area.
∎ Prepare, Install, Configure & Setup and also provide extensive support to Switch, PC, Laptop, UPS, and Printer related Hardware and software issues instantly.
∎ Carry out the repairs & maintenance of all PCs, printers, telephones, interactive system, key lock system, etc.
∎ Maintain all users access request and authorizations.
∎ Act as the primary contact for all outside agents in all computer technology related matters.
∎ Respond to all users request and provide them with adequate support.
∎ Responsible for handling network configuration, Servers, Workstations, Networking equipment, PABX, email accounts, and also support for the underlying server/desktop infrastructure.
∎ Prepare Policy & Procedures for the IT Department and for the user department.
∎ Should be aware of IT Security Policies and ensures implementation through regular staff training.
∎ Able to perform other IT or Systems related task assigned by the management.
∎ This position is working closely with the Managing Director.
∎ English and Bangla Compose, Scanning and Editing and ensure accuracy of typing /data entry work.
∎ Any other assignment/job not detailed herein & felt conductive by Management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Age : Around 40 years (may be relaxed for highly experienced candidate)
∎ Experience: Minimum 12 year(s) experience in the relevant field will be preferred.

∎ Should be self-motivated, show dynamic leadership, have well developed negotiation skills and planning/budgeting competency, energetic & capable to work under pressure and proficient at managing clients relations.
