• Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• At least 7 years

• Minimum 7 years of professional experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role.

• Must have hands-on experience in SAP ERP system (any module).

• Strong knowledge and experience in office networking, including routers, firewalls, server management, and network troubleshooting.

• Strong leadership and project management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical ability.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

• Proven experience in SAP integration across functional areas such as finance, inventory, procurement, or production.

• Manage and oversee the overall IT infrastructure and office network system of the organization.
• Ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, servers, LAN/WAN, internet, and
other IT-related services.
• Plan, implement, and manage SAP ERP systems, modules, and integrations across departments.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure IT and SAP requirements are met.
• Monitor IT security protocols and ensure data protection and backup systems.
• Manage IT support teams and provide technical guidance.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Prepare IT-related reports for management and ensure continuous system improvement.
