∎ Minimum 10 years of relevant IT experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position overseeing infrastructure and operations.·
∎ Must have certifications such as:
∎ Certification in CITSM (Certified IT Service Manager) or any other recognized IT service management certification will be considered an added advantage.
∎ Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
∎ Ability to work proactively and under pressure.

∎ Virtualization Certification (e.g., VMware Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead infrastructure design, implementation, and maintenance across servers, networks, cloud, storage, and virtualization.
∎ Administer Windows Server and Linux systems, including AD, GPOs, firewall rules, and system services.
∎ Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, email, IP phones, CCTV, biometric systems, and related IT hardware.
∎ Ensure security, licensing compliance, and data backup strategies are properly implemented.
∎ Collaborate with HR, vendors, and internal teams to address system needs and resolve technical issues.
∎ Supervise IT support staff and oversee asset management, procurement, and vendor evaluation.
∎ Maintain IT policies, support documentation, and inventory records.
