• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT operations/management (hospital or corporate sector experience preferred)
• Proven track record of IT management in a reputed hospital or corporate environment.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work beyond office hours in case of critical IT emergencies.

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Advanced knowledge of networking (CCNA/CCNP preferred)
• Expertise in Mikrotik router configuration and network security
• Server administration, virtualization & backup management
• Cybersecurity implementation & risk management
• Website & domain hosting administration

• CC Camera installation, monitoring & troubleshooting
• IP Phone setup, configuration & maintenance
• Vendor and project management skills
• Proficiency in IT reporting, budgeting & Microsoft Office Suite

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the hospital IT department, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
• Manage servers, networks, Mikrotik routers, firewalls, IP phones, and CC camera systems.
• Ensure strong cybersecurity measures to protect hospital systems and sensitive patient data.
• Oversee hospital website, domain hosting, ERP systems, and corporate email management.
• Supervise IT staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
• Manage IT vendors, procurement, and service agreements for cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure timely maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware, printers, scanners, and networking devices.
• Prepare IT performance reports, system audits, and compliance documentation.
• Support hospital digital transformation projects, ensuring effective integration of new technologies.
• Collaborate with management and clinical departments to align IT services with hospital needs.
• Handle IT emergencies with immediate troubleshooting and crisis management.
