Aurora Specialized Hospital, located in the heart of Dhaka, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Manager – IT. This role offers an excellent opportunity to lead and manage hospital IT operations, ensuring smooth digital services in a modern healthcare environment.
Location: 19/1 Kakrail, Dhaka-1000.
Job Nature: Contractual.
Type: Full Time (Roster).
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the hospital IT department, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor IT policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- Manage servers, networks, Mikrotik routers, firewalls, IP phones, and CC camera systems.
- Ensure strong cybersecurity measures to protect hospital systems and sensitive patient data.
- Oversee hospital website, domain hosting, ERP systems, and corporate email management.
- Supervise IT staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluation.
- Manage IT vendors, procurement, and service agreements for cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure timely maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware, printers, scanners, and networking devices.
- Prepare IT performance reports, system audits, and compliance documentation.
- Support hospital digital transformation projects, ensuring effective integration of new technologies.
- Collaborate with management and clinical departments to align IT services with hospital needs.
- Handle IT emergencies with immediate troubleshooting and crisis management.
