Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain and update inventory records accurately in the system.
Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering of supplies.
Conduct periodic stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
Track the movement of medical equipment and reagents in and out of storage.
Plan and schedule deliveries in coordination with the logistics team.
Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods to/from clients and suppliers.
Prepare delivery notes and maintain proper documentation.
Record and manage inventory-related transactions in the accounting system.
Track inventory costs, including purchases, returns, and wastage.
Generate financial reports related to inventory.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting for inventory purchases.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for audits and reporting.
