Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in preparing the Annual Internal Audit & Compliance plan and carryout the approved plan throughout the year and continuously contribute to the development and implementation of Heat Map.
∎ Develop compliance policies and procedures of the company based on the compliance process.
∎ Assist HoD to ensure financial statements of the company reflect the state of affairs of the company.
∎ Responsible for preparing internal audit Reports, reviewing management responses and propose action plans.Ensure that the company is updated about regulatory or legal changes.
∎ Responsible for conducting investigations related to possible non-compliance and ensure compliance programs have been put in place.
∎ Assist HoD for conducting pre-audit committee meeting with reporting to Audit Committee.Assist HoD for capacity development of internal audit and compliance team.
