• Minimum 10 years of relevant IT experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role

• Strong expertise in ERP systems, Oracle database administration, Oracle Enterprise Manager, performance tuning techniques and enterprise IT operations.

• Knowledge of Database Replication architecture like Data Guard.

• Knowledge of internal control frameworks and Oracle application architectures.

• Knowledge of middle tier application such as Web Server activities.

• Familiarity with Linux (AIX), network and storage concepts related to IT infrastructure

• Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) certificate will be added advantage.

• Familiarity of Python and Django framework.

Background:

We are looking for an experienced and capable Manager – IT to oversee and strengthen our technology operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability and efficiency of enterprise systems, ERP, databases, reporting, and IT infrastructure while supporting the organization’s digital initiatives. The position requires a professional who can manage complex IT operations, guide a skilled team, and collaborate with senior management to align technology with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day IT operations, ensuring reliability and security across systems.

• Implement policies, standards, and procedures for effective IT governance.

• Support the organization’s digital projects and process improvements.

• Support the regular IT auditing activities for database and Linux server as per rules.

• Supervise ERP system operations, enhancements, and integrations.

• Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and availability for business functions

• Oversee Oracle database administration, backups, and disaster recovery plans.

• Set up and monitor RMAN (Recovery Manager) backups, Perform full, incremental, and archive log backups. Restore and recover databases in case of failure.

• Test database replacement using LIVE database backup.

• Ensure the transaction logs are being updated to DR database.

• Monitor IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity compliance.

• Manage in-house software and application development initiatives.

• Oversee reporting and business intelligence to support decision-making.

• Provide direction, mentoring, and performance management for IT team members.

• Work closely with business leaders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
