Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in IPE, IE
∎ BSC in Textile/Industrial Engineering/Apparel
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Group of Companies, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Managing the IE process in a knit garment factory;
∎ • Reviewing production plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target;
∎ • Ensuring production target of the lines as per production plan;
∎ • Ensuring time and motion study for all styles;
∎ • Preparing SMV database for all styles;
∎ • Ensuring optimum utilization of Man and Machine and Implement modern tools & techniques to obtain operational productivity.
∎ • Preparing weekly NPT report and ensuring possible NPT reduction;
∎ • Reviewing operators' skill level (monthly) and ensuring corrective action along with the proposal of training for potential workers;
∎ • Preparing reconciliation report for each of the orders;
∎ • Preparing workers' assessment report (quarterly) to use the same for personal and organizational development or improvement;
∎ • Line balancing and increase Line efficiency, Skill matrix for each worker per month.]
∎ • Improve work method and work place engineering, eliminate wastage of time and materials.
∎ • Train the concern responsible to increase productivity.
∎ • Find out bottleneck at the time of production, find out root cause and give proper solution.
∎ • Arrange and co-ordinate proper motivation & professional training machine wise JD (Job Description) & prepare Machine wise SOP (Standard operating procedure)
