∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Industrial & Production Engineering
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to develop methods by new innovations.
∎ Experience of working in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
∎ Thorough Knowledge of SMV preparation.
∎ Experience of working in the latest sewing machines and techniques (ex: Vi.Be.Mac automation).
∎ Ability to identify operation wastages/day to day problems & take correction measures.
∎ Work with team-building culture / keep proper tracking of future styling & forecasting ability.
∎ Hands-on experience in Worker Training.
∎ GSD license holders will get higher priority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
∎ 10 Years' experience in the Garment field - mainly for Woven Shirts / Pants
∎ Good technical & organizational skills.
∎ Should be proficient in both written & spoken English.
∎ Must be a team player with strong interpersonal & leadership ability with good communication skills.

Salary: Negotiable
