Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up the business unit capacity booking status and conducting the meeting with marketing team to fill up the gaps as well as achieve the target value.
∎ Set up and Review Process for Improvement of Production, Input Plan and Output Plan, Training of workers, Calculate SMV for production planning and Line balancing.
∎ Making the daily basis planning and line balancing as per the layout.
∎ Monitoring of production output and finding out bottle-necks, technical, quality, machinery problems with immediate solution.
∎ Establish effective quality procedure to meet the requirements of renowned global brand buyers.
∎ Prepare and follow up shipment calendar, line feeding calendar, sewing closing calendar.
∎ Utilize full factory capacity to ensure shipments on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 37 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Excellent computer knowledge.
∎ Able to do work under pressure.
