Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in tracking and monitoring order status, including follow-ups with suppliers and vendors.
Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, product samples, and delivery schedules.
Help prepare reports and analyses on sales, stock levels, and order performance.
Coordinate with suppliers, factories, and internal teams for timely delivery and product quality.
Support product development by assisting in sample development and approvals.
Work on costings, quotations, and product pricing under supervision.
Attend meetings and take notes for follow-up actions.
Ensure data entry and updates in merchandising systems or ERP software.
Monitor market trends and assist in competitor analysis.
